The Lakeside Dreamers Cooperative, focusing on recreation, leisure, and culture, is an initiative of passionate individuals who have joined forces to create a place that offers both relaxation and opportunities for active leisure.
Goals of the Cooperative
The primary goal of the cooperative is to purchase the existing campsite and recreational center in Nowy Dworek and modernize it using sustainable and ecological solutions.
Business Activities of the Cooperative
The cooperative's activities include renting out the campsite to its members and leasing the remaining grounds and recreational center to the external company Wakaje sp. z o.o.
Revenue and Investments
The cooperative's operational costs are covered by fixed contributions from long-term campers. Applications for funding will be submitted to support the ecological modernization of the campsite. Poland is one of the largest beneficiaries of EU structural funds and cohesion funds.

Supervisory Board
Executive Board
The supreme governing body of the cooperative is the General Assembly, where each member has one vote, regardless of their financial contribution. The General Assembly meets annually and additionally when major and fundamental decisions need to be made. It elects the Supervisory Board, which, in turn, appoints the Executive Board.
The Supervisory Board, elected by the General Assembly, is tasked with supporting, advising, and monitoring the Executive Board in its management of the cooperative. Between General Assembly meetings, the Supervisory Board represents the members in dealings with the Executive Board.
The Executive Board, appointed by the Supervisory Board, manages the cooperative's operations and represents it externally. In joint meetings, the Executive Board reports on its activities to the Supervisory Board and consults with it.
