Gosia Wiśniewska
She holds a Master of Engineering in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. Her professional career began with internships in Ireland, followed by collaboration with Polish-German architectural offices – JSK Architekci and RKW Architekten, where she contributed to projects such as the National Stadium in Warsaw and the Baltic Arena in Gdańsk.
In 2020, she co-founded the architectural studio Plan Architekci, specializing in architectural and interior design projects. She has participated in numerous architectural competitions, earning distinctions and implementing award-winning designs.
She also has extensive experience in set design, creating projects for various events, including music festivals, corporate events, and cultural gatherings. She specializes in crafting cohesive, aesthetic spaces that fully capture the character and atmosphere of an event.
Gosia is fluent in Polish and English.

Lukas Tomko
A graduate of Cultural Studies at Leuphana University in Lüneburg (Germany), where he obtained a master’s degree. During his studies, he delved into topics related to culture and management, forming the foundation of his professional career. After graduation, he co-founded Musik und Kultur Institut Hamburg UG, where he served as managing partner for five years.
He then spent six years as Head of Operations at the event agency Morgenwelt GmbH in Hamburg, where he was responsible for the conception and implementation of cultural and corporate events, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovative approaches to organization.
For the past two years, he has been based in Berlin, working as Head of Finance & Production at Holzmarkt EG, where he oversaw the organization of the Garbicz Festival in Poland.His extensive experience in culture, sustainability, and event management drives his engagement in creative projects that combine passion with a commitment to the future.
Lukas is fluent in German, Polish, and English.

Ada Modzelewska
Has a Bachelor’s degree in European Law from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Groningen (Netherlands). She is currently working as a Project Manager at ZUG gGmbH (Germany), where she focuses on reviewing project applications, funding reports, and providing advice on public procurement.
She has 7 years of experience coordinating publicly funded projects, including EU research projects with international partners and smaller national projects in Germany focused on education and environmental protection. Over the past year, she was part of the finance team for the Garbicz Festival in Poland.
Ada has lived in 7 European countries, including Poland, the Netherlands, and Germany. She is fluent in Polish, English, and German, and has intermediate knowledge of French

Ewa Tomko
She graduated in Polish Philology and Journalism from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland). She has extensive journalistic experience, gained during her years working for the editorial team of TVN24. She then spent over seven years working in marketing and strategy in Hamburg (Germany).
She has been living in Berlin for two years, where she worked as Head of Marketing and PR for the international Garbicz Festival in Poland. She was responsible for the communication and promotion of the event.
Since 2015, she has been working as a freelancer, supporting her clients in marketing and content creation.Ewa is fluent in Polish, English, and German.

Ania Zarczuk
She graduated in Human Resource Management and Strategic Management from the Leon Koźmiński Academy. She has several years of experience in managing teams and organizing and producing events – from mindfulness sessions to business events and festivals.
She has extensive experience in project organization and strategic management, excelling at both creating creative concepts and implementing them efficiently. Her experience allows her to combine aesthetics, functionality, and precision in execution, regardless of the project's scale.
Ania communicates fluently in both Polish and English.

Jonas Westphal
Jonas is a physician, coach, and specialist in integral organizational development. He holds a medical degree and certifications in management and coaching. He is the co-founder of Abyme, a company producing eco-friendly spirits.
He worked for several years as a family doctor while managing projects focused on sustainability and organizational development. As a co-founder of the ON! collective, he organized cultural and artistic events. He is also a member of the newformof.org initiative and the Les Enfants Terribles community.
Jonas is fluent in German, English, and French.
